♦ Implemented integration with Bayut (another platform) for syncing property listings.

♦ Developed external bookings functionality, enabling property owners to accept reservations from non-app users via secure digital contracts (integrated Nafath, URWay, and Tabby).

♦ Implemented a feature to allow property owners (partners) to have account managers with various permissions to manage their account. And discovered/fixed some crucial security concerns.

♦ Enhanced authentication by introducing OTP login for the partners' app while maintaining backward compatibility.

♦ Developed a flexible iframe-based reservation system with API-key authentication, expiry controls, and security features — converting a planned Bayut-only integration into a reusable third-party solution. Advised Bayut on adopting this embedded approach to improve engagement over traditional URL redirects.

♦ Rebuilt the company's chat service from scratch in GoLang to replace a slow, buggy legacy system after repeated fixes from their side failed.

♦ Built a more detailed user-friendly instructions (entering, arrival, exit, wifi … etc) managing feature serving the partners and customers apps in addition to the website.

♦ Designed and built the entire backend, dashboard, and landing page.

♦ Architected the database and developed a robust API using PHP/Laravel.

♦ Built an internal HTTP service in Rust for high-performance Map Points Clustering, achieving results beyond PostGIS capabilities.
